BREAKING: EFCC Recovers N673bn for Nigeria in Three Years – Olukoyede

The Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Ola Olukoyede, says the anti-graft agency has recovered more than N673 billion for the Nigerian government over the past three years.

Olukoyede disclosed this on Wednesday while delivering a lecture at the Cambridge International Symposium on Economic Crime in the United Kingdom.

He highlighted the commission’s efforts in combating economic and financial crimes and recovering assets linked to illicit activities.

The EFCC chairman said the recoveries formed part of the agency’s ongoing efforts to protect public resources and strengthen the fight against corruption in Nigeria.
