The Commissioner for Information and Reorientation, Haj. Zainab Usman Jalingo, has thrown her weight behind the governor of Taraba state, Dr. Agbu Kefas.
During a press briefing in Jalingo on Monday, Zainab reaffirmed her support, among other colleagues in the Executive Council, for the new political shift and their alignment with the Tinubu-led administration.
“On this note, I wish to formally declare that the Gov. Kefas is officially decamping from the PDP to the APC on November 19, 2025, and all the commissioners have now formally decamped to the APC,” she said.
This is coming after Taraba State lawmakers’ defection to the APC.
